Jeff Cutler is a North Tahoe "local" who has lived in the area since the mid-1980's. He is a longtime property owner in Tahoe--and is also a born and raised Northern Californian whose family were vacation homowners in Tahoe--so he knows and understands what it is like to have a family Tahoe 'ski cabin'.
Jeff has been a licensed California attorney since 1995 and a California Real Estate Broker since 2005. He became certified as an ePRO and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) in 2006. He currently works as a Realtor for Chase International out of their office in The Village at Squaw Valley and can help clients with real estate transactions on any level of complexity.
Formerly, Jeff was the founder of Dreamslice International, a fractional real estate Brokerage and Consultancy from 2006-2010 which helped clients buy, sell and create shared ownership vacation homes. He has also worked as a professor at Sierra Nevada Community College, as the Assistant Director of the League to Save Lake Tahoe, and as Conservation Director and Staff Counsel for the Truckee Donner Land Trust (TDLT).
He has keenly followed property transactions and value changes throughout the Tahoe-Truckee region for many years, and is eager to help Owners, Buyers and Sellers throughout the Truckee/North Tahoe region.
