Dreamy Summer
It’s been a bit, but as you can see things are beautiful here in Tahoe in the summer.
We had one “hot spell” with weather actually in the 90s, but now it’s been typical Tahoe weather every day with temps in the mid 80s and humidity low to non-existent and most nights getting down to around 50.
The real estate market has heated up in response to the summer influx of buyers starting earlier than usual this year due to hot spring temps. We’ve had pretty strong sales in the luxury home portion of the market and appropriately priced properties are attracting a lot of attention in all price ranges.
Come on up and enjoy the season before the leaves start to change—it goes quickly in Tahoe once it’s here.
