Already our second snow advisory this Fall. I guess the long beautiful summer is coming to an earlier end than usual this year. But the dust is gone and the snow should melt off leaving great mountain biking in most place.

I haven’t written much for a while, primarily due to being too busy to gather thoughts to share with everyone. But Dreamslice continues to gain momentum and our network of interested folks continues to grow. Look for us to have a revised and more comprehensive approach and look with our website and for us to be signing on exclusive regional affiliates by late winter.
In the meantime, we’ve got a new listing that is really an amazingly high quality home for the price point of $225K/5th. It is in a great location in south lake tahoe away from the casino core and on your way to the skiing and mountain recreation areas.

It’s been a bit, but as you can see things are beautiful here in Tahoe in the summer.
We had one “hot spell” with weather actually in the 90s, but now it’s been typical Tahoe weather every day with temps in the mid 80s and humidity low to non-existent and most nights getting down to around 50.
The real estate market has heated up in response to the summer influx of buyers starting earlier than usual this year due to hot spring temps. We’ve had pretty strong sales in the luxury home portion of the market and appropriately priced properties are attracting a lot of attention in all price ranges.
Come on up and enjoy the season before the leaves start to change—it goes quickly in Tahoe once it’s here.
