DreamSlice International is based in Lake Tahoe, where our Community has recently experienced a tremendous inflation of housing prices. Many working families can no longer afford to buy homes and enjoy the financial appreciation that comes with homeownership. Every year we lose some of these families as they move to areas that are more affordable. Our research indicates that this is in fact true in other resort areas all over the world to greater or lessor degrees.

We at DreamSlice believe that the health of resort communities is in part dependent on working families staying in the area and buying homes. Our company is committed to creating new opportunities for local working people to enter the housing market. We are currently seeking investors to buy single properties that lend themselves well to being divided into several units to be resold to first-time buyers at prices that are lower than the current market rate for single ownership properties.
