We are a resource for buyers and sellers of fractional vacation homes as well as being the hub for a network of Vacation Resort Area Realtors involved with Shared Ownership Real Estate. Through our site the following functions are available:
- You can search fractional ownership listings without any registration
- You can list your fractional property (for free after registration)
- You can view and join potential buyers’ groups interested in a particular property or a particular type of property (for free after registration)
- You can start your own potential buyers’ group interested in a particular property or a particular type of property (for free after registration)
- You can start the process of fractionalizing your property.
DreamSlice does not charge for registering, listing, joining Buyers’ Groups, or starting your own Buyers’ Group.*
If you are interested in fractionalizing your property, DreamSlice can consult with you and create custom fractional ownership documentation for your project. Our standard fee is $2500 per property being fractionalized for a normal single residence project, excluding any local affiliate consulting and administrative fees. For clients who plan on using our documents for several projects, we offer a reduced price.
