Jeff Cutler, Esq.
Jeff has been a licensed California attorney since 1995 and a California Real Estate Broker since 2005. He became certified as an ePRO and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) in 2006. His undergraduate B.A. in Environmental Studies with Honors was earned from the University of California Santa Barbara in 1986; and he later attended the University of Oregon School of Law where he earned his J.D. before returning to Tahoe in 1995 as an attorney.
Except for his few years away to attend Law School, Jeff has lived in north Lake Tahoe for nearly 20 years. Jeff worked as a professor at Sierra Nevada Community College, as the Assistant Director of the League to Save Lake Tahoe for three years and then for six years as Conservation Director and Staff Counsel for the Truckee Donner Land Trust (TDLT). In his role with the TDLT he was responsible for the land and easement acquisition program, where he successfully helped negotiate and bring to closure numerous deals that protected thousands of acres of open space for the public benefit. Because of his involvement in land use issues and complex conservation land acquisitions, he has keenly followed property transactions and value changes throughout the Tahoe-Truckee region for many years.
Carina Cutler
Carina holds a degree in Urban Planning and a Masters in Architecture. Her design experience ranges from additions and interiors to new home design and writing extensive community design guidelines. She provides her multilateral understanding of architecture and home design to matching clients' lifestyles, recreational preferences, and investment goals with their ideal vacation homes. Additionally, Carina performs research, writes, analyzes data, and develops marketing programs.
Tim Peterson
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He was recognized by the Engineering Honor Society, Tau Beta Pi, and the Aerospace Engineering Honor Society, Sigma Gamma Tau. He co-founded a tech business in Budapest, Hungary which subsequently merged with TATIS, a Swiss company specializing in Customs and Trade Inspection services. He has developed solutions for Société Général de Surveillance, IHS Energy Group (formerly Petroconsultants), Discount Bank & Trust Company, Banque Piguet, and Firmenich, among others.
