cannot up load photo's

When I upload is shows it uploanding then nothing happens and goes back to upload again. Also how doe it show if it has received it properly or if the file is to lare. there is no error message it just quits

The files you were trying to upload were too large for the system. I’ll add a comment to the upload page. The files should be less than 1 MB in size. FYI: the file size is also related to the images dimensions. By restricting the width and height to no larger than 1000 pixels, you’ll also keep the file size under 1MB (assuming you’re saving the file in JPEG format, medium-high quality).

FYI: If the upload is successful, you’ll see a thumbnail of the image appear beneath the upload form. The thumbnail should appear within a 10 seconds—depending on the size of the file and the speed of your internet connection…
